Sonja Ringo is a Canadian/American poet and author of two poetry collections, Where the Beetle Went for Lunch and mortal atlas. Her third poetry book is forthcoming.

Ringo's work deals with themes of transcendentalism, technology, mysticism and the nature of existence. When not writing in her home in Calgary, she can be found haunting little-known corners of the globe or curled up beneath an old cedar in search of wild mushrooms.
