Shipping policy

Books

• Books are packaged and shipped by us from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
• We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Because books are fulfilled by us, they will ship separately from calendars and may arrive at a different time.

Calendars

Calendars are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production partner.

Estimated delivery times:

🇺🇸 United States: 2–5 business days
🌍 Canada & International: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Because calendars are fulfilled by a third-party partner, they will ship separately from books and may arrive at a different time.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

You can use the tracking link provided to follow your package’s progress. Tracking details will also appear in your customer account.
