Books are packaged and shipped by us from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Because books are fulfilled by us, they will ship separately from apparel and may arrive at a different time.
Apparel
Apparel items are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production partner.

International shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
You can use the tracking link provided to follow your package’s progress. Tracking details will also appear in your customer account.
