Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sonjaringo.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Apparel
Apparel items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, sizing, or colour selection.
If there is an issue with a made-to-order item due to damage or a printing error, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Books
Physical books are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Audiobooks are final sale and non-refundable, as they are delivered electronically and cannot be returned.
