Sonja Ringo is a Canadian poet and the author of two poetry collections, Where the Beetle Went for Lunch and mortal atlas, with a third book forthcoming in Spring 2026.

Ringo's work navigates transcendence, grief, mysticism, and the fragile strangeness of existence. When not writing, she can be found haunting little-known corners of the world or sitting beneath an old pine in her Calgary backyard, wondering how she is both a grain of sand and a universe.
